📦 Returns

• We only accept returns on sealed products (such as booster packs, boxes, plushies, and accessories).

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

💬 How to Request a Return

• Email tourdecards@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are only issued once the item is received and inspected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚡ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include photos of the item(s) and packaging.

• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever you prefer.
