📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates
We offer competitive shipping rates through Shopify Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (additional charge).
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £80 (UK only).

📬 Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Royal Mail for all shipments, but other carriers may be used based on the size and weight of your order.

🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package’s progress!

⚡ Lost or Damaged Packages
While we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit, please reach out to us at tourdecards@gmail.com if your package is damaged or lost. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
